All Caps? You’re Really Going all Caps?
Dear Listing Agent,
Stop writing property descriptions in all caps! Just because you are yelling your description doesn’t make your overpriced listing any more appealing. Plus it hurts my eyes.
You better check your comps too. I’ve watched that house for a number of years and it didn’t sell before so raising the price isn’t going to help it. Maybe if it gets a major update but it hasn’t. No one wants to pay half a million dollars for a home that needs updating.
