Utah Valley Parade of Homes
The Utah Valley Parade of Homes started yesterday June 2, 2016. The Parade of Homes won’t be a big deal for some of you but there are others that look forward to this every year.
This year there are 40 homes on the parade! If you think that is a lot of homes you would be right. The parade is open noon to 9:00 PM and is closed on Sunday and Monday. If you want to see all of them there is a good chance you’ll need to go over multiple days to do it.
I’ll be heading out at some point to get in as many of these homes as I can. After I’m done I will share what I find along the way. In the mean time here are some basic stats I can gather from the site.
Biggest Home by square footage: 16,906
Smallest Home by square footage: 1,438
Most Bedrooms: 9
Most Bathrooms: 7.5
